Zipline in St. Thomas

Has anyone done this? I finally found the price. $109.00. Is it close to the ship? It's not a ship excursion, so I would need to get my own transportation. Can anyone help?

All I know is it's not close to the ship. Taxi would probably be about $10 pp each way.

That is about right.

 

I have done it a few times. (I live in St Thomas) but I would not pay the $109. I would pay perhaps $69.

 

The zipline is new and it avails you some nice views. The zips are not particularly long. (There is 6 plus two rope bridges.) It takes about 2 1/4 hours to complete.

We did it thru the cruiseline (RCCL), $40 RT for the 2 of us for a taxi is what we were quoted, so that brought the cost of doing it on our own within $10 of the excursion cost, so we went thru the cruiseline and had them handle everything.

 

We had an awesome time, like you said zipping is pricey......

Insurance is expensive especially in US possessions.

I'm on Celebrity and I didn't see it offered in our excursions.
