Cashing Out OBC

Thanks Bob, that worked the lady did remind me that the OBC was Non-refundable, first time that has happen.

I can't imagine you would ever need a refund of OBC. You probably have some way to use Royal OBC for free flights on Southwest.:rolleyes:

They will use the "refundable" OBC first...just so you know! They do NOT want to be able to give you money back, if they don't have to.

 

OBC from a Next Cruise Certificate is NOT refundable. Not sure about other types. On our cruise, the 1st $100 we spent was applied to the NCC and then whatever was left after that was refundable (because it was a result of price drops).

 

I had heard exactly the opposite regarding which was used 'first'....:confused:
