NCL - We are waiting for winter 2016 itineraries

I wonder why NCL is taking so long to release the 2016 itineraries. In the past they have been released in Dec. Any ideas?

Finalizing contracts with embarkation ports.. 2016 is a long ways out I would expect summer time or fall..

Something (at least Escape and probably more info on Europe) comes out some time next month.

Count me into this category but it would be nice if NCL were to announce some place new to ply the waters!! South America would be awesome for 2016 but I'm not holding my breath. :(

We're looking at Fall 2015/Spring 2016 for a Europe cruise...We've got a FCR expiring in 2017 that we'd like to use and I just changed jobs, so no vacation time yet.... :(

be happy at this point if they said which ships would be at what ports. I don't expect much for changes on where they go.

And, so do cruiselines. And what they have to do is extensive.

 

Which ports will people be looking for in 2-3 years, to visit?

Which ports will be higher and lower demand for departure?

What will the overall demand be for cruising?

Which ships will be in more demand?

Which departure cities will be ready and/or accomodating?

Which new cities should the consider?

What is the delivery schedule for new ships?

Major repairs to current ships?

Worldwide issues.

 

Other than getting a vacation scheduled, or money saved.... the plans of individuals are rather small in the big picture. You can not book airflights out more than a year, etc.
