I have been trying to cancel and rebook on the website. Is there a way to do that? Or do I need to call? CHEZMARYLOU Posted February 21, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2014 I was able to cancel and rebook on line. You need to cancel 1st then book the new excursion. Celebrity refunded the 1st payment to our credit card and we had to pay for the new one at the time of booking. I think I did call and was told there was not way to just switch excursions and avoid the refund/re pay process. The refund was issued quickly so I really only paid the difference in the end.
