Thanks Kruzseeka, that's very helpful. We liked our cruise with Thomson very much, but we do prefer to have a balcony if possible. Best of both worlds then after November 2014, yay!! :D

There are six balcony cabins on Dream also. They form part of their grand suites which have a separate bedroom and lounge.

problem with the balconies on deck 9, is there is no privacy, people sunbathing on deck 10, and the people watching the sailaways on deck 10 can look down right into your balcony.... seen quite a few people getting caught out in their underwear oblivious to people looking down on them

We had a balcony on deck 9 005 not many problems with people looking over, only the odd few when walking to the front of deck 10, it ws great having some private outside space
