NCL Shuttle to/from West Palm and POM

I saved a lot of $$ by booking my flights to/from PBI even though my cruise leaves from POM. Initially I was going to use tri rail morning of cruise but I saw NCL has motor coach that stops at a McDonalds not far from PBI. I was thinking that going down to port I'd either have free shuttle from hotel or take cheap cab. For return, a super shuttle or can would only add about $10 to PBI. Has anyone connected to NCL shuttle that stops in West Palm Beach with PBI? If not any other cheap options other than tri rail, which looks like could be a schlep? Thanks.

Cab from PBI will probably cost $100+...Tri-rail is OK, a bit slow( about 90 min at least..) and you have to get off and take another train..almost good to consider renting a small, cheap car & driving..sorry, never took the NCL motor coach....
