Hi I know I have drove this before but wanted to make sure my directions were right. Thanks

I want to make sure I don't end up on the toll roads.

 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

A) George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), 2800 N Terminal Rd, Houston, TX 77032 US

1. Start out going west on N Terminal Rd toward John F Kennedy Blvd. (go 0.02 miles)

2. Turn slight left onto John F Kennedy Blvd. (go 3.04 miles)

3. Merge onto TX-8 E via the ramp on the left toward US-59. (go 1.88 miles)

4. Merge onto US-59 S toward Houston. (go 14.32 miles)

5. Merge onto I-45 S toward Galveston. (go 45.89 miles)

6. Take EXIT 1A toward TX-342 Spur/61st St/West Beach. (go 0.13 miles)

7. Merge onto Broadway St. (go 0.32 miles)

8. Turn right onto 61st St.

- 61st St is 0.1 miles past 62nd St

- If you reach I-45 S you've gone about 0.1 miles too far

(go 1.65 miles)

9. Turn left onto Seawall Blvd/FM-3005. Continue to follow Seawall Blvd.

- Exxon is on the left

(go 0.73 miles)

10. 5002 SEAWALL BLVD is on the left.

- Your destination is 0.1 miles past Fort Crockett Blvd

- If you reach Sias Dr you've gone a little too far

Without checking them on a map site...they look correct. Be advised that TX 8 is a toll road. Looks like you will only use it for a short distance but you may want to have some change handy to avoid the line for the booth.

Ok I don't see how to avoid that. When I put into mapquest I check avoid tolls and that is what it gives me?

By the way...to get from IAH to Galveston you go through downtown Houston. Even when it isn't rush hour the traffic can be HORRIBLE due to a great deal of road construction. Allow a lot more time than the map software predicts.

The part from JFK Blvd. to 59 (EastTex Freeway) isn't a toll road.
