Best Way to get from SNA to LA (San Pedro)

Any of the shuttle services - Prime Time, Super Shutle, Lotus Shuttle (Saw several of their vans at San Pedro today).

SNA is small and easy to get through. From the gate to curbside is 20-40 minutes, mainly depending on how long it takes your bags to show up on the carousel.

 

Another option is a rental car. The rental car facility is out the front of the terminal in the parking structure. The biggest issue would be the drop-off in San Pedro. If you're planning to stay in either OC or SP the night before your cruise, a rental car will give you the most flexibility to sightsee, shop and dine.
