Remembering Upgrades

In 2003 we had six balcony cabins booked on the Conquest on the Empress deck. One of those cabins had three booked in it. For some reason, they changed the amount to hold only two passengers.

They called the first person alphabetically in our group and ask if it was OK to move all of us up to the Panorama Deck. They agreed to it so they moved all of us without contacting the rest of us.

The only way I found out was by looking at our booking online. I called our TA and she checked with Carnival to see what had happened. They explained it to her who then got back with me.

Needless to say, it was a smart move on Carnival's part. We haven't went lower than the Panorama Deck since then.

i received an upgrade from my x-wife from our inside cabin to a lounge chair on the upper deck. The view was much better.
