dcedar Posted March 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Does anyone have feedback on any of these hotels? If not, do you know of clean and decent hotels/motels with free parking while I cruise and a shuttle to and from the port. I don't want to spend a lot. (Who does???) I will only be there for one night. I would love cheap and clean:) But if I can't get that then clean and a little more pricey will have to do. (Please do not tell me how wonderful the $300/night hotels are, I know! LOL) Quality/Comfort Inn 2520 Stirling Road Hollywood, FL 33020 US Days Inn 1595 West Oakland Park Boulevard Fort Lauderdale, FL, US, 33311 Hampton Inn 7801 S.W. Rare babyclaytonmom Posted March 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Thanks for asking this. I actually have the same question. On past cruises havent had a problem finding free parking and shuttle at a hotel but I seem to see less info on this at Ft. Lauderdale. Hopefully someone will give you feedback. jkgourmet Posted March 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 18, 2014 If you don't get replies here, check the Ask a Question area/forum at Trip Advisor and Fodors. I agree with your sentiments about "cheap and clean" but rarely find much info in context in CC. Sort of like information about inside cabins. Few and far between. :) Sent from my DROID RAZR using Forums mobile app
royalcruz Posted March 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2014 The Hampton Inn and Quality Inn are in the best neighborhoods of all of them. Hampton Inn is the newest hotel by far.
dcedar Posted March 18, 2014 Author #5 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Thanks. I usually leave out of Port Canaveral so I know that area but Ft Lauderdale is foreign to me:)
doone Posted May 26, 2016 #6 Share Posted May 26, 2016 Hampton Inn is probably the best on this list.
tjmaher Posted May 26, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 26, 2016 We are staying at the Ramada Airport/Cruise Inn. We have stayed there before and never had a problem. I totally agree, it is ONLY for ONE night. I would rather save my dollars for the cruise.
