klfrodo Posted March 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2014 If I'm flying from the States to Europe or Asia on a foreign flagged airline and ticketed on this airline such as BA, JAL, AF, etc., is TSA Pre Check automatically out of the question due to regulations? Or can any approved airline in the world issue TSA Pre Check boarding passes?
Zach1213 Posted March 19, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 19, 2014 It's my understanding that it's limited to 9 US-based airlines only. I've never been able to use it on, say, Qantas or BA.
fbgd Posted March 19, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 19, 2014 Correct. TSA Pre is not available for carriers other than the ones on this list. http://www.tsa.gov/tsa-precheck/airlines-airports
