On Hold Forever....

That is crazy. Do they have a Royal call center or do the people we talk to work from home on a home computer. I got some bad advice once from one and they said oh yeah that was the other center ?

The last time I tried to call them, I was on hold for 2 hours and 4 minutes before someone answered.

 

Since I haven't yet sailed on Royal (May 23), I assume I can't call the other number, since I am not yet a Crown & Anchor member - is that true?

Called on Sunday (yeah I know what was I thinking, but then again do I trust the website on the weekend :) ) I was on hold for 15 minutes for the D+ desk. There were two of us using a NCC and after I booked mine I handed the phone over to the other family member (also D+) when the lady asked "is there anything else I can help you with?"

 

Maybe people can start this on CC. If you have a rep on the phone post it and then others can post their phone number and you can conference the other people in. No hold.

 

HA, maybe not.
