Can you enter or at least exit the Thermal Suite from the Lido deck on the Crown?

We have a Lido deck cabin very near the Thermal Suite on the Crown in a couple of weeks, and we plan to use the Thermal Suite. Will we be able to enter or at least exit from the Lido deck level, or will we have to go upstairs to enter and exit? I can see there's a door on the deck plans but don't know if we're allowed to use it. Thanks!

Unfortunately not.

You will gain access to the thermal suite on the Crown princess through the lotus spa entrance on deck 16 (sun deck).

You will need to present yourself to the Lotus spa desk. They will take your cruise card and present you with a robe (every visit). You can then walk to the change rooms, put on your robe (wear bathers underneath as the Thermal suite is Unisex) and make your way through the treatment rooms waiting area, down the stairs and into the thermal suite. There is a lift next to those stairs if required.

If you book the thermal suite for the hole cruise, you will get a lotus spa sticker for your cruise card, and you will receive a body scrub blend of your choice to take with you. This is to designed to be used while relaxing in the steam bath.

Upon finishing, return to the lotus spa desk and collect your cruise card. (I think they use this system so they can monitor how many guests are in the thermal suite at any one time, and ensure only paid guests are using it).

Note: on embarkation day, you can get a tour of the Lotus spa and thermal suites. You can also book the thermal suite during the open day tour. I undertand that they have a limited number of bookings per cruise, so its first in best dressed.
