Braised short ribs. Something I'd never have ordered if I hadn't read about it here.

 

Looked like beef stew when it arrived but boy was it yummy!

 

Oh, and I second the creme brule.

I had them for the first time ever on the Summit last October. We were on B2B. The second week, i ordered double portions!! So did everyone else at our table.

It is yummy. The ice cream can be found near the front of the buffet where they dip you the ice cream. Once in awhile I have found if I request it for desert in MDR you might be able to get it.
