Darkwolfe Posted April 3, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 3, 2014 It had been somewhat discussed with some onboard reports yesterday, but that's the most detail I've seen so far. TY for the link.

ryano Posted April 3, 2014 #6 Share Posted April 3, 2014 You do know that website is a very biased anti cruiseline ambulance chaser. Let the lawsuits begin! Yeah, this guy is a freakin idiot for sure  Doesnt matter what happened he will try to fault the cruiseline. This doesnt even make sense! When did members of the crew start getting aft balconies? "A member of the crew on the Royal Caribbean “Independence of the Seas” Cruise Ship said 'The small boat was capsized when our rear azipods pushed us away from the dock. The two men where thrown overboard and never resurfaced, only one had on a life vest, the other man's life vest came off when he was thrown into the water. The capsized boat was then pushed into the back of the Silhouette. All of this viewed from my aft balcony, kinda puts a damper on an otherwise wonderful cruise. Very sad for the families of these two men.'"
Darkwolfe Posted April 3, 2014 #7 Share Posted April 3, 2014 You do know that website is a very biased anti cruiseline ambulance chaser. Let the lawsuits begin! Yup. I take anything like that with a grain of salt. There will be more to learn on the incident of course, but that's still more than I 'd seen before that.
