What is the cheapest transfer mode of transportation from Pier to South Center are hotel (Tukila)?

Tukwila/Southcenter is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Are you sure the hotel doesn't provide shuttle service?

If not, a cab ride will cost less around $15.

ooops, sorry about that.

I'd still suggest flatrate .... they have the best prices. The cost will be about $40. It's about a 30 minute drive.

The cheapest option is pretty cumbersome .... a $20 taxi from pier to Westlake Center where you catch the Light Rail to Seatac for $3. Walk 10 minutes from the Light Rail station to Seatac where you catch your hotel's free shuttle.
