Please tell me what NOT to pack!

We're taking our honeymoon cruise on the Wonder 5/23/04. For both of us, this will be our first cruise ever. I've seen loads of lists on what to pack in your carry-on, check-in luggage, etc.

 

WHAT SHOULD I NOT BOTHER TO PACK? SHAMPOO? CONDITIONER? BEACH TOWELS?

I don't pack the beach towels--I just use the ships towels and return them if I do excursions. Don't bother packing any snacks--there is plenty of food available. I don't mind the shampoo that is in the cabin--with the wind, water and sand, my hair is only going to look so good, so why fight nature? I would bring a couple of bottle of waters on board, and then refill from Deck 9--excellent water.

The shampoo is fine, but I always bring conditionner with me, during the day, you really don't need much, we just leaved in our bathing suit, basically pack then take half off, and you will be all set. Do not forget to pack sunscreen.

Leave the beach towels at home! We brought ours and never needed them.

 

I bring my own shampoo and conditioner even if I'm only traveling for one night. I don't like hotel stuff at all.

Shoes, don't pack too many pairs of shoes, remember your husbands need to lug those bags through the airports
