speciality dining?

Hi, I am hoping some of you wonderful people can assist me.

 

We are looking at booking/reserving a table at chops grille, for our up and coming cruise. my question is:

 

Do we pay at the time of making the reservation or when we are on the ship?

 

we have done the speciality restaurant before, but we booked on the ship.

If you make a reservation on Royal's website, you will have to pay in full immediately using a credit card.
