Complete name change on reservation possible??

Is it possible to completely change names on a reservation that is still over 200 days out? We have friends that can no longer cruise with us but they have an awesome price for their cabin. Is it possible for someone else to take over this reservation? I'm thinking that this can't happen but thought I would ask just in case.

One name on the reservation must stay on the reservation, to keep it valid.

That's not correct. Any name change can be made before the reservation is in penalty. Once in penalty one name must stay the same. If you have travel insurance, you have to pay cancellation fees for a name change and one name still has to stay the same.
