Ipod docks in room

Recommended Posts

I have a cruise coming up in 2 weeks on the Allure, and am aware that there are now ipod docks on the Oasis class ships (I was on the Oasis a few years ago when there were none). I am curious as to whether these ipod docks are only for apple products, or is there an aux port so I can connect my windows phone or any other device for that matter.

I don't recall an aux port, just the old style 30-pin dock connectors for Apple products before they switched to the Lightning connector.

I was on Allure a little over a month ago, and the iPod dock was held against the vanity - it couldn't be moved. One side was for charging, and the other for charging and listening to music. (Unless it was broken). There were no AUX ports.

It also only fits iPhone 4S and below.
