Breakfast options?

Hi,

Sailing with Reflection this summer and wondering what options we'll have for breakfast? What do you like most (buffet, etc.)?

Thanks for any input!

We were on the Reflection in the Carribean last Nov. You can pretty much get the same things in the MDR or buffet. We liked the sit down service of the MDR best, but there was that something special ( if not to windy :D) about sitting out back of the buffet with your coffee watching the wake or docking in a port.

Of course there was also just taking it slow and lazy, sitting out on the veranda with your coffee and juice too!

Breakfast is available from room service (full selection of basic hot menu items included - if not listed on your hang tag menu then call room service the night before to order for the morning); the buffet, Aqua Spa café or dining room. Also if you are in Aqua Class or a suite you can have breakfast in the Blu dining room. We very seldom have had breakfast in the dining room as the hours are fairly limited.

They also have a selection of breakfast pastries at Café al Bacio coffee bar where pastries are no extra charge but the coffee does cost extra. Also, the Bistro on 5 has a selection of breakfast crepes but there is a $5/pp cover charge for any meal there.

I'd really suggest you check out all the options at some point. You can check out the Bistro on 5 and MDR menus anytime as the Bistro on 5 menu is posted at all times and does not change. For the MDR you can always ask your diner waiter to see a copy of the breakfast menu. For the buffet, Café al Bacio and Aqua Spa you'll have to walk by when they're in operation to see the offerings.

On port days when we have plans to be off the ship early we usually have room service. But my personal favorite for breakfast is the buffet. They have a fantastic selection there and the breakfast food there is usually pretty good. The MDR is nice in that you don't have to serve yourself but I like the buffet selections more.
