Will the CC App ever work again?

The app stopped working, on android at least, around 2 weeks ago.

 

An update has failed to fix the problem.

Try two things

 

Turn your phone off to reset any updates.

If that doesn't work

 

Delete then reinstall the app.

I now have the app working on two android phones when using 3G, but on wifi the app starts but will not login.

 

It is possible that the problem is down to my router which I have recently changed some settings to allow my new NAS to operate. Maybe I have broken something at my end.

 

Is there information available to confirm if specific network ports need to be open?
