For those not on the roll call we received an email from HAL stating that there was a "heightened level of Acute Gastroenteritis" on board and boarding in San Diego tomorrow would be delayed until approximately 1 pm due to sanitizing.

and for those not on the roll call, apparently there is also a CDC inspection scheduled for that same day as well (told to a passenger by the Neptune Suite concierge).
