Kaboochi Posted May 8, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2014 Does NCL have packages for air travel and a hotel for the Baltic cruise that departs from Copenhagen? I have searched for 30 min and decided I need CCer's help with this one. ThAnks

tenpintap Posted May 9, 2014 #4 Share Posted May 9, 2014 We booked our own air but Norweigan booked our hotel and all transfers. They will make all arrangements if you want. They've done it for us in the past and everything went as planned. When are u going to Copenhagen?
bugeater2 Posted May 9, 2014 #5 Share Posted May 9, 2014 (edited) Post your flight dates in the cruise air forum and you will get plenty of advice. That board is full of pros who will find you the best price possible. Use the ports of call board for Copenhagen to research hotels. The ports of call boards are a fantastic resource and I actually got my Barcelona hotel suggestion from the Spain board. 4774Papa Posted May 9, 2014 #8 Share Posted May 9, 2014 NCL does have hotels. We booked the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. Here is the quote from the NCL website. Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is an airport hotel located in Orestad where Scandinavia's roads meet - right at the airport, motorway and Metro. This way we are the ideal place to meet for guests from all over the world - and a safe starting point for exploring Copenhagen. Enjoy the luxurious, Scandinavian furniture design in each of our rooms and in all public areas, taste the sensuous dishes from our Nordic kitchen - and experience how it is to stay at a hotel where guests are treated like they are visiting in our private home. We welcome you to the first ever CO2 neutral hotel building in Denmark. And we welcome you to green luxury and a continuously high level of service. We always strive to choose sustainable solutions while delivering a sublime experience to our guests. To achieve the sustainable results at Crowne Plaza, we have used innovative technology solutions to reduce our energy consumption: From Northern Europe's largest integrated solar panel park on our facades and Denmark's first ground-based heat and cooling system to natural bio-degradable shampoo bottles in the rooms. One of Scandinavia's biggest shopping malls is located 150meters from the Hotel. This airport property is one of the greenest hotels in the world. This hotel offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and with the metro station close to the hotel, getting to the city center is a short ride. Our package includes breakfast (175DKK value per person), transfer between hotel and pier (230DKK value), taxes and luggage handling. Please note: Copenhagen is a very expensive city. Prices from $129 USD* prices are per person.

stagetek23 Posted May 9, 2014 #10 Share Posted May 9, 2014 We booked our air and hotel through expedia and saved over $2500. The hotel through NCL ended up being over 400 a night (found a hotel near the train station with the free breakfast for 200 a night). Even with having to take a cab to the ship it is still much cheaper in the end. We found a flight on Icelandic air for both of us which was almost the same price for each through NCL. We always check both because we have received a good deal through NCL before. Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app
