Heated Pools on R-CLass??

I know Marina and Riveria have some of the few heated pools in cruisedom. Do the R-Class ships have heated pools.

 

I have never understood why all cruise ships do not have heated pools. With the size of the physical plant, plumbing systems, heat exchangers could not be that difficult compared to the few gallons of water the pools contain.
