I don't know if it's available in Australia but I can download a "gifts" PDF order form (http://www.princess.com/learn/onboard/gifts_services/Gifts_Services.pdf) & pre-order a coffee card which is slightly less than onboard after a tip is added.

Café Selects Coffee Card

Enjoy 15 espresso-based hot or cold specialty coffee drinks with complimentary brewed coffee and premium tea for the duration of your cruise.

Item #524 $31.00

Good to know...why it's $31 when pre-ordered but $33.35 ($29+$4.35 tip) when purchased onboard is a mystery to me.

Princess is pre-selling you $2.35 in pure joy. Trust me, the coffee will taste better this way.

I trust you because I do it on every cruise. ;) Sometimes we exchange our complimentary elite minibar setup for 2 coffee cards & with our next 2 cruises on the Royal & Regal we can use a punch for a wonderful ice cream treat at Gelato. :D
