Offers received at booking

When we booked our cruise there was an offer on of obc, wine and drink and soft drinks for kids.

 

Looking at my booking I see neither on my confirmation.

 

Do they tell you on your confirmation?

 

What's the age limit for the kids to receive the soft drinks offer?

Travel agent. But thought it would have said in confirmation or online

Suggest you grab a screenshot of the offer asap before it vanishes.... had similar situation recently. Make sure you get in writing what you are expecting. Mine is in the TA invoice.

Unfortunately it was booked last year so can't get a screen shot. Will ask travel agent when in next time. Was more to see if my kids app,I'd for free soft drinks as there 17&13.
