Price Match to Casino Rate?

Recommended Posts

We just booked a cruise under ES and discovered that my Mom has a discounted Casino Rate available for the same sailing. Has anyone had any recent success in price matching to the Casino Rate? My PVP (who is otherwise helpful) is saying no because it would be "mixing promotions".

We price matched our ES to the Casino Rate for our 2013 cruise. Maybe the rules have changed. As long as it's a deal where you choose your own cabin, it should be OK. I'd really question your PVP on this.

I'm booked on the Dream for October ES, I got a casino offer and was able to price match to it, that was only a couple weeks ago.

That's what I thought and had read on a thread from a few months ago. We'll call the 800 number and have them change it or submit the form. I pressed her on it and she put me on hold to check, but was adamant that it couldn't be done. Thanks so much!
