I hadn't been on the Princess website for over a month, and after getting the price I attemped to lookin to what cabins were available in the balcony catagory but I couldn't go any further.

What did you see and what did not work?

a) Selection balcony and press "continue"

b) You should see a drawing of the ship divided into five sections (aft, mid-aft, mid-ship, mid-forward, forward), Do you see this?

c) Click on the circle of the section of the ship you are interested in. The pricing for that section should then appear at the bottom of the page. (divided into upper decks, middle decks and lower deck)Did it do this?

d) Click on the "select" button for the deck level you are interested in. You should then see pricing for the different types of balcony cabins on those decks in the section of the ship selected. Did this happen?

In step d) if cabins are still available for selecting, there will be a "choose a stateroom" button. If only GTY cabins are available, there will be a "reserve button." If not even GTY is available, it will say "sold out."

So, how far in the process did you get before you could not go any further?
