Transfer booking to TA after final payment?

I make our reservations, because I want us to have control over them for fast moving price drops, etc... However, I just found an intriguing deal for OBC by booking with a TA. Assuming the OBC is still available after final payment, can I transfer the booking at that time? I'm asking about RC's policy specifically, knowing that TA's policies may vary.

No. All direct bookings with RCI must be transferred if desired to a TA within 60 days of making the booking and before final payment.

 

And also be sure of any policies regarding the booking with the TA in terms of the OBC, and separate fees not charged directly by the cruise line associated with originating, modifying, or cancelling a booking with them.
