Legend Formal Nights

On the 7 day Western Caribbean to Cozume, Belize, Mahongany Bay and Caymans, what are the formal days? Im assuming the first sea day, but what about the second? Is it after our last port in the Caymans or would they wait for the last sea day?

 

I hate being out all day in the water, then having to rush back to dress up. I have looked for some recent fun times, but havent found them yet.
