Equinox cabin in forward -- rocky???

Recommended Posts

We've cruised aft and midship, but never in a forward cabin. We are booked in Equinox 7117 next March. I've checked the Solst. cabin reviews and that entire group of cabins is not documented. Can anyone give me the benefit of their experience? How was the ride? The view?

Since I just checked and see that the Equinox is in the Caribbean next March, you probably shouldn't be rolling around too much. It is outside of hurricane season and you are not way high up on the ship. We sailed on her in March in the Caribbean, and although we were midship, we really thought she was extremely stable. We did hang out in the front of the ship and didn't notice a lot of movement. The front, however, is always going to feel more movement than the middle of the ship and a bit more than the back of the ship, but you should be fine with the itinerary and month that you chose.

We've had forward cabins several times, the last being 1501 the most forward cabin on the highest deck on Equinox. A little more pronounced motion but nothing that made you go
