Valencia - Har Hire help please

I have been searching online but although I can see reference to car hire from the cruise terminal, I can't find car rental companies that do it ... or car rental companies nearby.

I have read of some bad companies but am struggling to find who we should / can hire from.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I haven't been to Valencia, so can't really help. However, we're going in August so I've done a little research on the city and port. We're not planning to rent a car, but maybe, possibly the following will help: There seems to be more commercial "stuff" up north a little way near the less commercial part of the port. The street is Dr. JJ Domine. If you can find anything up that way, it looks to be about a 10 minute walk (or a bus goes up there from the cruise port) so that may work.

 

Have you googled Europcar? We have used them in Europe and found them to be a good company. Also, if you google "vlc valencia" or 'Valencia city guide" you might find the web sites I found useful in planning.
