A "sticky" is a thread that has been marked by one of the board moderators so that it will remain at the top of the list in this forum. A normal thread will age and drop down in the list as time goes by and replies are not added to the thread. But a "sticky" will always stay at the top of the list so that is always readily available to be read.

Sticky are threads that are designated by the hosts of each board and they are threads that despite the age of their last post always remain towards the top of the board.
