On the Allure, the ice rink was definitely chillier than other areas of the ship. I was very glad to have a sweater, and actually wished it had been heavier. (BTW, I do feel a bit cold in the theaters, and sometimes in the dining room, but the ice rink was colder.)

Depends, if you are from a cold weather state, such as Michigan, t-shirts and shorts during the day would be comfortable.

 

If you are from a warm weather state, such as Florida, long johns, hoodies and layered clothing would be the norm.
