I booked the POA for May and haven't been able to see my reservation or make a payment. I tried calling NCL last week and was told they were having a problem and it should be fixed soon. ken02802 Posted July 3, 2014 #5 Share Posted July 3, 2014 I was unable to login to NCL.com until I called to determine the problem. It turned out that their system is case sensitive.
