MrsPete Posted July 8, 2014 #26 Share Posted July 8, 2014 Children's menu? Only a few years ago these restaurants were often called "The Adults Only Restaurants". Now they're called Specialty Restaurants and seem to be encouraging children.
Beardface Posted July 8, 2014 #27 Share Posted July 8, 2014 Hah... love it The current (last week) Oasis Chops menu has, at a price of $35 pp, the Petite Filet at 6oz and the main Filet at 9oz. Thats 1oz less for each than the old menu at a $5 markup per person. Not that the $5 made any difference when they pressure the heck out of you to get a >$100 bottle of wine to go with your meal. Maybe adults should show up at the kid's areas and start playing with their toys. Why should their areas be "special" for them :-)

Plutoqueen Posted July 9, 2014 #33 Share Posted July 9, 2014 Did they always charge for specialty items as additional fees (not in the cover charge) or is this new? Are they worth the additional cost?
