Is the Cadillac Diner open for breakfast if so what items are on the menu and what are the hours? Thanks.

Yes it is open for breakfast....I think it is open 23 hours a day....

 

As to the menu for the morning...it is basic and does not change, all week. But it is usually good and mostly quick. Sometimes the buffet can be faster, and much more of a variety.

Skip it for all meals. Pretty lackluster. You can do better elsewhere on the ship or in port.

Breakfast items are served 5 am to 11 am.

It's pretty quick (if a table is available) and serves All-American comfort food. We liked it for an afternoon / evening snack but never had breakfast there so I can't speak specifically to that meal.

Anyone........do they serve made to order eggs, hash browns etc?

I don't remember that there are made to order items but a set menu. We enjoyed the food there - like Cuddle said = comfort food and nice snacks or at least an alternative place to grab a bite to eat.
