Is there anywhere I can find info on the Port of Tampa? I usually go out of Miami, first time going out of Tampa. I'll be flying in to Tampa airport. I am looking for hotels and transfers near the airport and the Port itself. Thanks in advance!

A number of hotels located in Downtown Tampa near the Port. All are easily accessible to the Port by the TECO Line Streetcar System. Specifically, the Marriott Waterside, Embassy Suites Downtown, Westin Harbour Island, Sheraton Riverwalk are the closest.

The Marriott Waterside was great and within walking distance to a lot of things. It was a $25 cab ride from the airport. The cab ride to the pier is $5 and about 3-4 minutes

Google "Tampa cruise port".......lots of info.

Not sure if its there anymore but we stayed at the hotel attached to the airport.it was great.we walked to it straight from baggage claim.then took a cab to the pier in the morning.
