Can anyone tell me the cost of approx cab fare from the cruise port in St Thomas to Red Hook? Thanks for your help.

Im not sure which dock you'll be at but we were there in May on a Carnival ship and the taxi from Havensight to Red Hook was $10pp.

Every ship docks in Charlotte Amalie.

 

However, there are two piers, Havensight and Crown Bay.

At Havensight....for taxis to Red Hook early in the morning...do you have to walk to the front of the Havensight center to the taxi stand or will the taxis right at the ship go to Havensight? (early in the morning)

 

How long is the taxi ride to Red Hook? What time do you need to be in the taxi to get to the Red Hook ferry with plenty of time?

If there is more than one ship, the taxis will be right at the ship. If there is only one ship, they are required to be stationed at the gate to Havensight, a couple minutes walk.

Thank you! Seems like it would be the opposite though. Lol

 

I wondered why sometimes thy were at the ship and sometimes "upfront". (We usually just go in to town though and go a little later).
