I know about the "Cigars under the stars" either on the top deck or occasionally in the solarium. But is that the only time and place that cigar smoking is permitted on Allure? Is there anywhere to smoke a cigar during the day?

Nowhere inside, but anywhere outside which is designated for smoking.
