We have not had a problem with sending items out to the ship's laundry. There is always the option of dry cleaning your expensive items. It has worked for us with no problem. It is well worth the cost.

Agree 100% with this comment. After dozens of times sending items out, we have had zero items damaged or lost. They have always been returned just as we asked, always in perfect condition. Of course, we would never ask to have dry clean items laundered. :)
