Hello,

 

unfortunately, from Italy, I can't use the cunard.co.uk website because starting from this year, with our IP, we're redirected to the site of a travel agency which is the concessionaire for cunard in Italy. But since we haven't booked with them, and I need to call Cunard, if possible I need your help.

 

I know (I've read It in the past years on the website) that there is a special number to call in order to arrange the food diet for special needs (allergic), and I need It!

 

Could you please help me and do some search for me, please?:rolleyes:

 

I've tryed to change my IP useing a proxy but in this way I can't use the site properly and find the contacts numbers.

I've contacted them via e-mail in the past for passport issue but unfortunately they have answered in about 4 weeks.

And I'm almost ready to go!

There is this email for Italian guests cunard@giocoviaggi.com but this might be the agency you are referring to.

You could try this one 44 23 8065 5000

This will put you thru to Southampton, you will then have various menu selections to choose from.
