What exactly does a personal cruise consultant do?

My pcc is located at the NCL office in Miami and lives in Miami as do many pcc's.

 

My PCC lives in Idaho or Montana maybe Kansas.. but has 3 kids and works from home.

I lived in the same city all my life, I know nothing about the hotels here. Why would I if I have a house here.

 

 

Im from San Francisco

Lived in the Bay area almost my whole life. Also have a house

I can tell friends what hotels stay at and what restaurants eat at

 

Maybe those of us that live in the bigger cities or touristy cities, pay more attention to our surroundings and are willing to offer advice to others.
