Question about shore excursion in St Lucia

We are considering the Land And Sea to Soufriere excursion through the cruise line. I was wondering if anyone has done this trip. Did it also go to the volcano and mud bath? Were you able to swim in the waterfalls?

This one has been around for a long time and is offered by many cruise lines.

It's a good thing to do ONCE to get an overall experience in St. Lucia which truly is a beautiful island. Twice was too much for us.

We enjoyed the Sea part of it most so now like the one that goes both ways by Sea better.
