Google is your friend. Search under Caribbean free internet locations. We usually follow the crew, they know the best spots. There is a coffee house in Grand Caymen we found that way (by following/asking the crew).

I'm going to venture a guess and say the OP is looking for wifi at Mahogany Bay, not Montevideo Bay.
