My friend booked early saver and has received a large amount of OBC due to price drops. If she doesn't use it all on the cruise will carnival refund it to her? Thanks

Yes, they will refund it to you. There are two types of OBC, one non-refundable and one refundable. Price drops are always considered "refundable". You can also access this money via the on-board kiosks or go into the casino. There are "lots" of threads on this.

yes they will refund you cash on the last night at guest services.

Nope, they didn't in my case. Was told, accounts are all "closed" at the end of the cruise. and no transfers. I cashed out in the Casino.n

You should receive a check for it.

 

used to give it to you when they put the final bill under your door or in the mailbox.

 

Now they mail it to you via snail mail a couple weeks after the cruise.

Insert your keycard in a slot machine and transfer money. Then cash out.
