Room Charging??!!

We are cruising beginning Sunday 8/10 and there are 7 of us. We are booked differently than we are planning on staying. How do I keep track of everyone's charges? Is there a way to track charges each person makes?

 

I don't want to have to figure it out on our own, and I'm not sure the teenagers will keep track of receipts.

Each "sign & sail card" (also room key) will have what each person purchases on it.

Each S & S card has a different folio # and whenever it is used it will show on statement

If you don't want the kids to go overboard with their spending you can set them up with cash onboard.

The statement will be in the order things were charged and list the folio number of the person charging. You WILL have to go through and make a list by folio of what each person charged if you are using only the one credit card to pay for it.

You can check right on the TV in your room. It will list each person in the room name and folio#. It is helpful if you are looking for someone also. Check the acct and see where they have been or still could be(if they are using their card of course) you can also set up daily limits for the kids so they don't blow $100 in the arcade daily! Its easy to do since you use s&s for those now.

If I am reading correctly you are staying in different rooms than you booked? If so you are able to change rooms with guest services, then each person will have a separate folio number to keep track of charges.

As others have said you will get one bill per room with each persons folio (card #) to identify who made the charge. I would suggest that those you want to pay for go on your credit card. For everyone else they can each be billed to their own credit card. You set this up when you do the online check in. For those who don't have a credit card, they can put cash on their account and the guest services desk.
