Rare Kteacher Posted August 17, 2014 Author #52 Share Posted August 17, 2014 The last night of the cruise we decided to dine with two couples we met in Michael's Club. We all agreed to the Lawn Club Grill. The company and service were outstanding, the food was decent, but not as good as I was expecting. Celebrity showtimes were 7:15 and 9:15, and was billed as a Variety Show. No, we didn't make it to this one either :). We spent time after dinner in Michael's. then went to bed as we were doing a 7:45 a.m. departure. We grabbed a quick bite in Michael's Club, then were escorted off the ship by the amazing Lenny-I wanted to take him home with us! It literally took about 10 minutes from the time we heard the last "ping!" of our cards to when we were greeted by the driver of the car service we reserved to take us to FCO. This was one of the easiest debarkations I've ever seen. FCO was a zoo as there had been a number of flights cancelled the day before. So to sum it all up, this was definitely the trip of a lifetime for us. Rome was beautiful, all the ports were amazing. There were some glitches on the ship, but the positives outweighed the negatives. Would we sail Celebrity again, well, we are, next July on the Summit to Bermuda, and booked another CS. I'm looking forward to sailing with the new suite enhancements, and Bermuda is Bermuda-gorgeous :).
