wrigley80 Posted August 11, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 11, 2014 $463 for 3 adults on a 7-day cruise and we didn't have any OBC. I'd say we did pretty good
rarasnake Posted August 11, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 11, 2014 (edited) We are cheap... Family of 6 (4 kiddos), total bill was $196.. That didn't include our tips because they were prepaid and we had cash on hand.. Everything else went on S&S... It cost us more in gas to drive to and from port, than it did for our extras... *I forgot about the Casino... We pulled $100 of the above out for that... I left with the $50, that I put on my account and my DH actually made his money back, plus another $75... This was on a 5 day cruise.. So, we still had that $100, plus more in cash..* Edited August 11, 2014 by rarasnake
dwaterhouse Posted August 11, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Ours for a 7 or 8 day is usually under $500, that includes drinks, photos, steakhouse and cigs, but if I win anything in the casino... I cash out and go directly to the kiosk and deposit the Money towards my sign and sail. Last cruise I won $250 on penny slots for the week. JordanLovesCruisin Posted August 11, 2014 Author #5 Share Posted August 11, 2014 $566 included our tips. So we had like $140 towards tips $120 towards shore excursion $52 in photos $80 in casino advance money $30 for bingo and whatever is left for drinks. kona_wahine Posted August 11, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 11, 2014 About $450. Drinks, a couple pictures, a couple shirts and a bottle of sheridans, and a piece of cake at the specialty shop. That's all I can think of. Had prepaid tips and took cash for the casino. Came away over $700 to the good in the casino so paid off our S&S card and then some. Going to buy cheers next cruise since the price dropped.

Swampbaby Posted August 11, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Ours was around $550 which included Behind the Scenes tour for one, one excursion for two people, gratuities, Bottomless Bubbles for two , one drink and pictures (only time we have any pictures done so I get what I like ;). This was for a 6 day cruise. Cruise coming up will have prepaid gratuities, no Behind the Scenes tour, possibly one excursion for two and pictures. ImaginationCruiseBride Posted August 11, 2014 #10 Share Posted August 11, 2014 We had $575 OBC and received our bill (4 day cruise to Mexico) for $431...of course I will say that the majority of that was wedding pictures. :D
MMastell Posted August 11, 2014 #11 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Last cruise was on Carnival Liberty in June. Total was $558. That included tips and an evening in the steakhouse. We also purchased two bottles of liquor and twelve mixes from Bon Voyage, so that cut the bar bill down. Take care, Mike
Carnival_Brides Posted August 11, 2014 #12 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Our last cruise was tips, 1 BTF ticket, and 2 drink cards ($200?)--the worst one we ever had was for our wedding cruise, but it included wedding pictures.
Lulubelle45 Posted August 11, 2014 #13 Share Posted August 11, 2014 First cruise $96. 5 day repo where we missed our first port D/T weather and got a credit. Spent $11 on Internet, (to reassure loved ones we didn't sink) $14 bottle if liquor 2 drinks and photos. Cheap this was when no limit on wine brought onboard HAL Sent from my SGH-I337M using Forums mobile app

sjcruiser Posted August 11, 2014 #16 Share Posted August 11, 2014 A little under $400.00 We do excursions once we get to the port since they're usually half of what the cruise line wants. The majority was at the casino, followed by drinks, one photo from Cruise Elegant/Formal Night, and two stops at Cherry On Top.
EnTnSA Posted August 11, 2014 #17 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Our total bill on our last cruise, 2 adults 1 child, was around $780 w/ tips included. We had around $630 onboard credit, so we walked off spending $150 total onboard. This was with very moderate drinking, some gift shop t shirt buying, steakhouse, and italian restaurant. OnePsychLynne Posted August 11, 2014 #18 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Even after all these cruises I seem to average about $100/day in charges. Photos, drinks, gift shop, bingo, specialty coffee, etc. It all adds up :/
aaron3219 Posted August 11, 2014 #19 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Under 300. We bought some pictures, shirts, drinks, and a couple other things. 1 excursion in there too. We don't buy a lot really. There is so much included stuff you really don't need to buy a lot.
just4steven Posted August 11, 2014 #20 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Cruisinbabs, I am with you, LOL! LOL, I plead this as well, but I also have a tip of something I found out the hard way :o I am a type that is a freak and is constantly checking my account in the room or at the kiosks. My other half is not that type and did not check until the end of the cruise. Sooooooo, I'm scarfing down ALL these mini bottles from the fridge, of course they get restocked, and of course I have more, they get restocked again, repeat process, I'm constantly checking my account, nothing there, my 1st time cruiser self is thinking I pulled one over on Carnival and/or the steward was being nice to me............ So it was day 5 or 6 of a 7 day cruise when I had enough of a clear mind to think something must be wrong. So I called guest services from the room phone.................... OUCH! They were getting calculated on a daily basis alright! Not to my S&S, but my partners! Hahahaha, the good news and other tip I found out is, since cruises are so fun and make people happy, if you break some bad news to your spouse while still on the cruise things usually go over much better than if you were at home with 20 inches of snow on the ground! :D
Cruise-Crazy Posted August 11, 2014 #21 Share Posted August 11, 2014 For a weekend cruise, two people... about $500 or $600ish
Kimberlyr22 Posted August 11, 2014 #22 Share Posted August 11, 2014 $1100, which was 10% over budget. Balmoral excursion extras were pricey, $300 bar tab (including a ton of strawberry smoothies for my stepson), internet pkg so I could keep up with school, a decent loss in casino, arcade, a last minute excursion, steakhouse for three, a bingo game, and a few gifts. laurenpie Posted August 11, 2014 #25 Share Posted August 11, 2014 last one was just husband and I on a 7 night cruise... a bit over $1000 That was not including tips, we pre-paid those when we booked Shore excursions, alcohol at the bar, soda card, duty free, photos, behind the scenes tour, shore excursions, tshirts.. and I think thats it. Have a 23 night coming up, need to calm down a bit otherwise that would get out of hand hehe.
